Capstone that holds the line
Counselor verification and commander determination in one flow, with a warm handover whenever a standard is still open.
Counselors, commanders, and program staff share one view of every member's CRS progress, Capstone status, and follow-up window. Designed to align with DoDI 1332.35 and the Career Readiness Standards.

Each surface is modeled on the directives and standards that govern TAP. This is design intent, not a certification, ATO, or endorsement.
The transition workflow is modeled toward that standard as design intent, without claiming certification or endorsement.
A per-member checklist designed to track every Career Readiness Standard, so a counselor sees at a glance which standards are met and which are still open.
Two-stage counselor verification and commander determination are designed to align with the no-later-than-90-day window before separation.
The 90/180/365-day follow-up windows are aggregated into rollups for installation and program leadership.
Outcome verification follows NDNH-based methods as a model, not a live federal data feed.
Application, commander-approval, participation, and outcome records are modeled toward DoDI 1322.29 as design intent.
These are the surfaces members and staff use every day: the same plan, checklist, and review the program actually runs on.
Counselor verification and commander determination in one flow, with a warm handover whenever a standard is still open.
The core day, the VA and DoD days, and the four two-day tracks, scheduled, attended, and recorded against each member's readiness.
Placement, CRS-met rate, and the 90/180/365-day follow-up windows rolled up for installation and program leadership.
Enrollment, completion status, and the next milestone for every installation running a cohort, rolled into a single Notion-style view for program leadership.

VetAnvil targets Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated checks run on every release, covering keyboard operation, semantic structure, and screen-reader labeling; a manual accessibility audit is still in progress. Our self-attested Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT) documents current status criterion by criterion, including what has not yet been evaluated. Contact us for the current VPAT or to report an accessibility issue.
VetAnvil does not ask for a fleet-wide cutover on day one. Your office opens each gate when the last one is proven: staff can sign in, one installation finishes a real pilot cohort, then role-scoped views match how you already assign caseloads.
Connect VetAnvil to the identity provider you already run for TAP staff. Counselors and commanders sign in with existing credentials. Members enroll only after a counselor and commander login both succeed.
Choose one installation and a cohort size your TAP office can coach through. Run VetAnvil beside your current checklist until counselors trust the CRS and Capstone views.
Advisors see assigned caseloads only. Commanders see their unit roster and Capstone readiness. Leadership gets cohort rollups without member-level fields outside their scope.
Direct answers about status, data, and procurement, including where VetAnvil does not yet hold a certification or authorization it could claim. Independent verification sources are named wherever one exists.
No. VetAnvil is an independently operated commercial platform. It is not owned, operated, endorsed, or authorized by the Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or the Department of Veterans Affairs. Program content on this page is designed to align with DoDI 1332.35 and the Career Readiness Standards, but that alignment is design intent on VetAnvil's part, not an official DoD determination. For authoritative TAP or Capstone guidance, consult your installation's Transition Assistance Program office or the official DoD TAP resources.
No. VetAnvil does not replace the Transition Assistance Program itself, which remains administered by the Department of Defense in partnership with the VA, DOL, and SBA, and it does not replace an installation's system of record for case management. VetAnvil is designed to sit alongside those systems as a shared view of CRS progress, Capstone status, and follow-up windows for counselors, commanders, and program staff. Any connection to a specific system of record is scoped per installation during onboarding, not assumed in advance.
Member data is stored on VetAnvil's own hosted infrastructure, not on a DoD or VA network, and access is scoped by role: advisors, commanders, and installation or program leadership each see only the members and cases assigned to them. VetAnvil does not sell member data or share it with third parties for marketing. Ahead of a procurement decision, request VetAnvil's current data-handling and security documentation directly rather than relying on this page alone for a compliance determination.
VetAnvil is not FedRAMP authorized today and is not listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace. If your agency requires a specific authorization status, a DoD Impact Level, or a CMMC level as a condition of procurement, contact VetAnvil directly for current security documentation. Any vendor's FedRAMP status, including VetAnvil's, can be verified independently at marketplace.fedramp.gov.
VetAnvil does not retain a member's data indefinitely after an installation offboards. On request, an installation can export its case and member data in a structured format and confirm deletion of the copies held on VetAnvil's systems, subject to the retention terms in the applicable service agreement. Confirm the specific export format and deletion timeline with VetAnvil before signing.
VetAnvil is not currently listed on a GSA Schedule or a DoD-wide contracting vehicle. Engagement today is arranged directly with VetAnvil under a standard commercial services agreement or, where applicable, a task order your contracting office structures. If your installation requires a specific existing vehicle, raise it during the briefing so the options can be reviewed together; do not assume a listing that has not been confirmed.
VetAnvil does not publish a fixed per-seat or per-installation price on this page, because government pricing is negotiated within the scope of a specific engagement rather than sold at a fixed retail rate. Request a quote scoped to your installation's member volume and the rollout phases above that apply to you, and VetAnvil will provide a specific proposal rather than a general estimate.
Yes. The rollout above is designed to start with a single installation and a pilot cohort before any broader commitment, with role-scoped access live from that first cohort. Request a walkthrough to scope a pilot for your installation specifically; VetAnvil does not require a system-wide commitment before a pilot can begin.
Access is scoped by role, not shared by default. Advisors, commanders, and installation or program leadership each see only the members and cases assigned to their own role and installation, and a leadership rollup aggregates outcomes without exposing individual-level data beyond that role's scope. Role assignments are configured per installation during onboarding, not left to a single shared login.
Yes. VetAnvil publishes a self-attested Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT) covering Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA, criterion by criterion. Automated checks run on every release; criteria that require manual or assistive-technology testing are marked Not Evaluated until that audit is complete. Contact us for the current VPAT or to report an accessibility issue.
Counselors, commanders, installation leads, and program offices work from the same member record while seeing only the cases, decisions, and rollups their role requires.
TAP counselors and DOL navigators managing caseloads, verifying standards, recording counseling, and routing warm handovers.
Commanders making the Capstone readiness call, and installation and program staff tracking outcomes, throughput, and follow-up windows.
Book a briefing and we'll walk the platform through the standards, roles, and rollout your office already runs on.
